Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 June 2026
Avensar ("Avensar", "we", "us") is a Pune-based digital studio providing website, social-media, and Google Business Profile management services to businesses. This policy explains what data we handle, why, and how we protect it. Questions: ops@avensar.com.
1. Who we work with
We act as a service provider (data processor) for our business clients, who own and control their own customers' data. We process data only on a client's instructions and only to deliver the agreed service.
2. What we collect and process
- Client business information — brand details, contact info, products, photos, and the social/Google accounts we are authorised to manage.
- Customer-interaction data on a client's behalf — public comments, reviews, and enquiry messages on the client's social profiles and Google Business Profile, used solely to post content, draft replies, and produce reports.
- Website enquiries — if you email us, we receive your message and email address.
We do not sell data, run advertising profiles, or repurpose any data for unrelated uses.
3. Google user data
When a client authorises us to manage their Google Business Profile, we access it via
Google's Business Profile APIs using the business.manage permission, to schedule
posts, draft review replies (each reply is approved by a human before posting), and read
performance insights for reporting. Avensar's use of information received from Google
APIs adheres to the
Google
API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not
transfer Google user data except as needed to provide the service, and never for advertising
or to build user profiles.
4. Service providers we use
To deliver the service we use reputable third-party tools that may process data outside India under their own data-processing terms — including Google, Meta, Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, Cloudinary and Cloudflare. A separate AI text tool (DeepSeek) is used only for non-personal brand copy, never for customers' personal data.
5. AI-generated content
Where we create a visual using generative AI, it carries a visible "Visual created using AI" label and provenance metadata, as required by Indian law (IT Rules 2026 / SGI).
6. Retention and deletion
We keep data only as long as needed to deliver the service and produce reports, and we delete or return a client's data on request or when an engagement ends.
7. Your rights and contact
To access, correct, or delete data we hold, or to ask any privacy question, email ops@avensar.com. We are based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, and this policy is governed by the laws of India.
